Cathy McCown has lived in the Quail Creek neighborhood in Oklahoma City since 1975. She entered the real estate field in 1976, and is familiar with residential listings in the entire OKC Metro area. She is familiar with Tulsa neighborhoods, having had family members in Tulsa for over 30 years..

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Cathy worked in the position of Manager in the Tupperware Corp. Leading a team of saleswomen taught Cathy the importance of team work and communication, valuable tools she utilizes in her real estate business. A consistent Multi-Million Dollar Producer Award winner, and recognized as the OKC Board of Realtors Most Cooperative Realtor in 2015, McCown attributes her success to her “hands-on” style of personalized service. “I am involved in every step of the transaction,” Cathy says, “communicating with my buyers and seller often.” She prefers attending all inspections, even when she is the listing agent.

Cathy is honored that her business is mostly repeat clients and referrals. “I love people and it is a blessing to me to be able to be a part of their real estate transaction. I treat them like family!”

Actively involved in her Church, Cathy taught 4th grade S.S. for many years, is a member of the Prayer Team, active in the prison ministry, and serves on the Committee for Deaconess Pregnancy & Adoption. “Adoption is important to me as all three of my grandchildren are adopted,” Cathy explains.

Cathy is passionate about sports, and when not selling real estate, she and her husband enjoy attending OKC Thunder Basketball games. She loves to walk Molly, her Black Labrador daily - enjoying all of God's creations!
